The series The wheel of timebased on the books of Robert Jordan, was officially canceled by Prime video after three seasons. The decision was released on Friday (23), just over a month after the show of the last episode of the third season, on April 17.

However, the third season’s audience did not maintain the same performance as the previous ones, falling into the engagement metrics and leaving Nielsen’s top 10 after three weeks, while previous seasons remained for longer periods.
According to Deadlinethe cancellation was due to financial issues, despite the creative appreciation of the platform executives for production.
