Just over a year after being renamed to Maxthe streaming platform of Warner Bros. Disk renamed HBO MAX Last Wednesday, July 9th. The change was made without fuss, but yielded games on the social networks of the service.

Change to Maax had a bold proposal
Launched on February 27, 2024, Max intended to unlink the image of the streaming platform with that of HBO-although productions remain in the catalog-and make it more accessible to the whole family:
“We all love HBO and it’s a brand that has been built for over five decades. But it’s not exactly what parents often let their children watch”said the president of Global Games of Warner Bros. Discovery, JB Perretteat the time of the platform announcement.
