Andy Serkis to Film a Biographical Series About the Founder of Madame Tussauds Wax Museum

Newen Connect, the distribution arm of Newen Studios, owned by the TF1 Group, is teaming up with Andy Serkis’ Imaginarium Productions to co-develop and distribute. Mrs!An epic period series about the life of Marie Tussaud, the French artist and businesswoman who founded the world-famous Madame Tussauds wax museum.

Serkis, known for his role as Gollum in the film. Lord of the Rings Cinema and Kezer Monkey’s Planet franchise, created the series, and will serve as showrunner and director.
