Ben Stillerwhich directed most of the episodes of the first two seasons of the acclaimed series Rupturefrom Apple TV+will not be ahead of the direction of the third season. The decision is related to its commitments in other film projects, such as a survival movie set in World War II. Recently, also completed the documentary about his parents, Stiller & Meara: Nothing is Lost.
In an interview with Los Angeles Times, Stiller comments that “These things take time to be done. The older you get, the more you realize that time is limited.” Nevertheless, he is still involved in executive production and creative planning of season three.
What is the story of Rupture?
In Rupturefrom the point of view of Mark (Adam Scott), we know the Lumen industries, which promote the balance between people’s personal and professional lives through an experimental process in which memories are surgically separated.
When they are in the office, they only have memories of the work and when the work ends, you do not remember professional situations. In the first preview of the second year, we see Mark Returning to the office after the events that closed the first season of the series.
