These bands lead the ranking of the most anticipated tours of 2026

Fanatix survey analyzed monthly volume of Google searches related to shows and revealed public expectations for performances

With the end of the 2025 show season approaching, the public is already keeping an eye on what lies ahead. A survey of the platform Fanatix revealed which artists and bands are generating the most search and interest for tours in 2026, whether officially announced or just rumors fueled by fans.

The research analyzed the monthly volume of searches on Google related to tickets and show dates, mapping dozens of artists of different styles and generations. The result reflects not only the size of each fan base, but also the strength of expectations surrounding possible returns and new shows.

And, while some names already have confirmed schedules and tickets are sold out, others appear in the ranking just in the hope of a reunion. At the bottom of the ranking of most anticipated tours for 2026, we find artists such as Ed Sheeran (2,450 monthly searches) and Bruce Springsteen (2,530 searches), which, even at the age of 76 and after a medical break, continues to arouse public interest.

The Weeknd appears just above with 3,640 monthly searches for his tour After Hours Til Dawnknown for its film production, followed by Taylor Swift with 3,800 searches for the possible return of Eras Tour and the Oasis with 5,270 searches motivated by the hope of a Gallagher brothers reunion.

In the top half of the ranking, Bad Bunny stands out with 7,410 monthly searches for the tour You Should Take More Photoshaving made history by performing the biggest solo live on Twitch, watched by 340 thousand people. Drake comes next with 7,550 searches, driven by Anita Max Win Tour.

THE Coldplay occupies third place in the ranking with an impressive 18,200 monthly searches, a result of the enormous popularity of Music of the Spheres Tour. This tour has already surpassed the US$1 billion mark at the box office and is recognized for its vibrant visuals and innovative use of LED bracelets that transform the audience into part of the show.

In vice-leadership is Ariana Grande with 33,350 monthly searches for Eternal Sunshine Tour. After almost six years away from the stage, his return was so eagerly awaited that his only international show at London’s O2 Arena sold out in just 15 minutes, demonstrating the intense longing of his fans.

Leading the ranking with 34,380 monthly searches is Metallica with the M72 Tourwhich is now in its fourth consecutive year. The band has already brought more than 3 million people to stadiums and continues to break attendance records at iconic venues such as SoFi Stadium in Los Angeles and the JMA Wireless Dome in New York. Even after four decades of career, the group continues to prove why it is considered one of the greatest forces in world rock.
