The character played by Norman Reedus has come a long way since the end of The walking dead. At the beginning of Daryl Dixonhe woke up stranded on the French coastwith no memory of how or why he got there. Then it began a (very) long journey homewhich led him to find Carolalways played by Melissa McBride.
Since the launch of Daryl Dixonthe main protagonist of the show has changed countries. After France and a short passage through England, he and Carol discovered Spain. This is where it happens the third season of the series, including the seventh and final episode is now visible on Paramount+.
The last chapter will answer the characters’ questions
If season 3 of Daryl Dixon has now aired in its entirety, the series will not end here. He will have done it a fourth chapterwhich will also be his last. While this is currently being filmed, The Hollywood journalist reached out to Norman Reedus to ask him to share his thoughts on the series finale. According to the actor, the last episodes will not disappoint fans :
There are always more stories we can tell, but this embodiment of what we do comes to a perfect conclusion. It explains everything this adventure means and what we did to get here. What mistakes have we made to get here? And what can we do to have a better life?

The final season of Daryl Dixon should therefore beautifully complete the journey started by Daryl and Carol in France and allow both characters to see a little more clearly about both their past and their future.
Daryl will return in another spin-off of The walking dead ?
If Daryl Dixon so it will end, this does not mean that we will no longer see the character played by Norman Reedus. The latter refers to his possible return when he admits: “We can always tell more stories”. The Hollywood journalist underlines that it is there several possibilities for the character to return.
Daryl might make an appearance Dead citythe spin-off focused on Maggie and Negan which continues to broadcast. He may also make his return in other spin-offs From The walking dead not yet announced but which could further expand the universe of the series that began in 2010.
