The other day, 30-year-old Jack Gleason, who played one of the main antagonists, King Joffrey Baratheon, in the cult “Game of Thrones”, tied the knot with the blonde beauty Rosin O’Mahoney. The couple arranged a modest celebration for relatives and friends. The intimate ceremony took place in a small Irish church led by pastor Patsy Lynch, who subsequently got in touch on social networks and called the actor’s wedding “very simple, pious and dignified”, and Jack himself “down to earth and pleasant” person.

It was an amazing celebration. Everyone was so relaxed. I will definitely keep the memories of this special day,” the priest wrote.

The bride and groom looked unobtrusive, choosing almost casual outfits for the wedding. Jack dressed in a light green shirt and gray-brown trousers, and Rosin dressed up in a flowing light pink dress with a delicate pattern. Fans of The Game were quick to congratulate the couple in the comments, noting the stark contrast between the actor’s real-life image and his on-screen villain character.

He looks so normal. Completely different from the character he played in The Game. What a great couple!

Jack Gleason starred in Game of Thrones from 2011 to 2014 before his character Joffrey dropped out of the story. The image of the insane young sadistic king has become one of the most hated in the history of cinema. According to rumors, at the end of the first season, the author of The Game, George Martin, personally sent the actor a letter in which he congratulated Jack on the fact that “now everyone hates him.”

According to Gleason himself, the role was not easy for him, and after the “Game of Thrones” he decided to take a break from his career. 6 years have passed since then, and, apparently, the actor is still returning to television – this year he took part in the filming of the show “Out of Your Mind”, and next year he promises to appear in the film “Country of Saints and Sinners” with Liam Neeson.
