Dampyr – Here is the trailer for the film with the character Bonelli at the world premiere at Lucca Comics & Games 2022

The movie, based on the comic series made by Mauro Boselli And Maurizio Colombowas written by Mauro Boselli, Giovanni Massi, Alberto Ostini, Mauro Uzzeo. An all-international cast that includes Dampyr Wade Briggs (Still Star Crossed, Please Like Me“Foundation”, “His Dark Materials”), Stuart Martin è Emil Kurjak (“Jamestown”, “Medici”, “Crossing Lines”) e Frida Gustavsson is Tesla (“Dröm”, “Eld Lagor”, “Arne Dahl”, “Vikings: Valhalla”). The film tells the genesis of the character, published by Sergio Bonelli Editore in 2000 in the first two books of the 300 in which the comic series on newsstands every month is composed until now, thus leaving the door open to the first Italian franchise that entirely in English. DAMPYR is set during the Balkan war in the early 1990s and follows the story of Harlan. Haunted by terrible nightmares, Harlan succeeds by posing as a Dampyr (in Slavic mythology, a half-human, half-vampire) capable of freeing the villages from what the naive superstitions consider inhabiting the terrible curses associated with the world of vampires. But when summoned by soldiers attacked by bloodthirsty creatures, Harlan discovers the truth: he is actually a Dampyr. While trying to face a terrifying “Master of the Night”, Harlan must learn to manage his powers and discover his origins. He’s joined by a traitorous vampire and a vengeful soldier.
