Spanish singer Aitana has announced her new Aitana x Adidas fashion collection, bringing back classic Adidas Superstar trainers for the autumn 2026 season.
The Catalan artist revealed the range on social media on Monday morning through an Instagram Story picture, linking the drop to her upcoming Cuarto Azul World Tour. A private online sale will open on the Adidas website on Wednesday, August 26, before the collection hits physical stores on September 1.
The new drop combines urban style with everyday comfort, spanning apparel, accessories, and footwear. Aitana had teased several pieces in recent weeks, including a burgundy sports jumpsuit featuring a body-shaping effect and a classic crop top t-shirt. In her latest social media post, she highlighted the black-on-black Adidas Superstar II trainers, which are priced at 120 euros and are already selling out in several sizes.

Aitana Ocaña Morales, known professionally as Aitana, is one of Spain's most prominent pop artists, having risen to fame on the music competition series Operación Triunfo in 2017. The new release extends a long-standing partnership between the singer and German sportswear manufacturer Adidas, who previously designed her wardrobe for her 2025 Metamorfosis tour. That stage wardrobe featured distinctive Klein blue designs matching her album aesthetic, including lace jumpsuits, latex corsets, and halter-neck bodysuits.
The relaunch of the Adidas Superstar shoe signals a broader nostalgia drive in autumn and winter 2026 to 2027 fashion, which emphasizes early 2000s and mid-2010s aesthetics. The iconic low-top shoe, originally designed as a basketball sneaker in the late 1960s, follows recent street-style comebacks for other retro models such as the Nike Cortez and Adidas Samba.

Aitana is not the only high-profile figure embracing the footwear trend. American supermodels Kendall Jenner and Bella Hadid have also recently revived the classic 2015 to 2016 street-style staple. Fashion analysts note that the footwear pairs versatilely with casual streetwear such as capri pants, low-waisted jeans, knee-length bermuda shorts, straight-cut denim, tracksuits, or contrastingly with romantic summer dresses.
The announcement comes shortly after the singer returned from a summer holiday in Thailand alongside digital content creator Plex. During the getaway, Aitana attracted fashion attention by wearing 500-euro Chloé sandals that sold out rapidly across retail channels, while also packing a 740-euro designer dress for her trip.
