Almudena Porras said she still suffers physical aftereffects three months after leaving the Telecinco reality show Supervivientes 2026, including unresolved menstrual problems.
The former Island of Temptations contestant spoke about her physical and emotional health on Mtmad. Porras said her menstrual cycle has not normalized, having had her period only once since finishing the show about two and a half weeks ago, with heavy bleeding that lasted a week.
Menstrual issues and physical symptoms
While waiting for a flight to Mallorca alongside Borja Silva, Porras said she felt irritable and experienced abdominal discomfort. She noted that she spent nearly the entire previous day resting because of severe ovarian pain.
Porras explained that the ongoing physical symptoms are affecting her mood, stating that negative thoughts persist even while she is on vacation. She added that her body has not fully recovered three months after her departure from the show in Honduras.
In addition to menstrual disruptions, Porras previously reported other physical consequences from her time on Supervivientes 2026. These included hair loss, skin spots, weight loss, and numerous insect bites received during the competition.
