Do-it-yourself anti-aging masks: only natural ingredients!

If you want to be 100% sure that you are applying a natural product to your skin and know every ingredient, make your own mask! In terms of efficiency, it will not yield to the purchased one.

Anti-aging masks at home

1. Mask for skin elasticity

You will need:

  • Egg yolk
  • teaspoon of salt (preferably sea salt)
  • teaspoon of honey
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Cocoa butter, 3-4 tbsp

Heat the oil in a bain-marie. Mix egg yolk with honey and olive oil, mix well until smooth. Add salt and gradually pour in the hot oil. You should get the consistency of sour cream, so be careful not to pour too much. When the resulting mass becomes completely homogeneous, transfer it to a jar and send it to the refrigerator for a day.

Apply to cleansed face before going to bed for 15-20 minutes, rinse with lukewarm water.

2. Anti-Aging Facial Massage Mask

You will need:

  • 3 tablespoons of honey
  • 3 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1 spoon of butter
  • One capsule of vitamin A and E

Melt honey, pour in oils and vitamins, mix well. Apply to the face, leave to act for 5 to 10 minutes, then massage: massage the skin from the center of the forehead to the temples, from the wings of the nose to the upper part of the ear, from the middle of the chin to the cheekbones. Then wash off with lukewarm water.

3. Lifting mask

You will need:

  • egg white
  • 1 tablespoon rolled oats

Whip the protein into a tight foam, grind the oatmeal into a powder. Mix and apply a homemade anti-aging mask to cleansed skin in a thick, thick layer. Leave to dry completely, remove the remains with a cotton pad soaked in micellar water or lotion.

4. Toning Mask

You will need:

  • half a grapefruit
  • Egg yolk

Carefully clean the grapefruit from skins and grains. Crush the pulp lightly, but do not crush it. Add egg yolk, mix and apply on face for half an hour. One of the best anti-aging masks!

5. Antibacterial mask

You will need:

  • cosmetic clay
  • vitamin A capsule
  • Freshly brewed green tea

Let the tea steep for about an hour, during which time it will cool to room temperature. Add vitamin A to a handful of cosmetic clay and pour in the tea until the consistency of thick sour cream. Apply to face for half an hour, rinse with warm water. This homemade anti-aging face mask perfectly cleans pores, reduces inflammation and reduces the risk of acne.

6. Refreshing Mask

You will need:

  • Tablespoon of white clay
  • Tablespoon of honey
  • Tablespoon of lemon juice

Mix all the ingredients well and apply the mask on the face and décolleté for 15-20 minutes. Rinse off as soon as it starts to dry so as not to dry out your skin.

7. Nourishing Mask

You will need:

  • banana
  • Egg yolk
  • a tablespoon of sour cream
  • 2 teaspoons of honey

Grate the banana on a fine grater, mix with the yolk and beat a little with a mixer. Add honey, stir again and apply to skin for 20-30 minutes.

8. Foam Mask

You will need:

  • green apple
  • lingonberries (can be frozen)
  • pear
  • egg white

Peel and grate the apple and pear, beat the berries in a blender to a puree, then mix the fruits and berries in equal proportions and finish until a homogeneous consistency is obtained. Beat the egg white separately to a stiff foam. Mix fruit and berry puree and proteins, spread on the skin of the face and leave for half an hour. IMPORTANT! Before using an anti-aging mask at home, it is best to steam the skin with steam or a hot towel.
