It is generally accepted that people who are professionally involved in fitness should be very lean and have a lot of muscle. However, this coach bucks that stereotype – and looks very different.

Usually trainers and fitness girls in social networks have toned figures – minimum fat and maximum muscle. Their body is the main proof that they understand the stakes of weight loss and training.

But the famous fitness blogger Molly Ava, on the contrary, gained 12 kilos during her social media career. Moreover, this weight fell not only on muscles, but also on body fat. Of course, now Molly’s figure doesn’t quite meet insta’s strict standards. However, the girl herself only received benefits from the new form!

“For so many years I was obsessed with getting the number on the scale down and making sure my abs were always showing. But because of that, I felt eternal dissatisfaction with myself. – and I was unhappy.

Yes, now I weigh more. But I am strong and sure of myself and I really feel that I have found harmony. I no longer worry about the size of the clothes and the size of my waist,” writes Molly.

The girl clarifies that now the main thing for her is how she feels and how efficiently her body works. This is what each of us must strive for. And in fact, constantly leading a healthy lifestyle is much more difficult than periodically dieting and challenging your body.
