What is happening? Microscopic burrs appear on the teeth – you can usually find these without too much difficulty by starting to examine the comb carefully. It is clear that they appear more often on a tree, sometimes a comb is already on sale not perfectly polished. When combing, the hair gets into a burr, when pulled, it stretches and, most likely, comes loose. It is the stretched part that forms that characteristic fluffy effect, the hair is twisted.
