take baths
Make it a rule to perform such procedures twice a week. Fill a basin with lukewarm water, add 3-4 tablespoons of baking soda and soak your feet in the healing solution for 20 minutes.
Use powder
Antibacterial or antifungal powders will help reduce sweating. Ordinary talc or corn starch, which perfectly absorb moisture, can also replace them.
Use antiperspirants
Do not confuse these products with regular deodorants. Antiperspirants contain alcohol and greatly reduce the amount of sweat produced. Apply them to your feet before going to bed, and the discharge will be significantly reduced.
