Ingredients:

  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil,
  • 1 tablespoon of lemon juice,
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic.

Cooking method: Combine all the ingredients in a cup and immerse your fingertips in it for 10 minutes. “The mask will nourish the nails thanks to the moisturizing and fortifying properties of olive oil and the disinfecting properties of lemon”, explains Sarah Trabasini, manager of the premium spa. Correa recommended adding garlic to the composition of the product: “It contains selenium, which promotes the growth and strengthening of nails,” she explains. The mask should be used two to three times a week.

Means for strengthening and moisturizing the nails

Ingredients:

  • 2 tablespoons of shea butter,
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil,
  • 2 drops of rose essential oil.

Cooking method: mix all the ingredients, apply the mixture on your hands and nails, massage them for a few minutes. Put on cotton gloves for 20 minutes. Trabasini recommends repeating the procedure once a week.

Here’s what she recommends doing for your cuticles yourself at home.

Ingredients:

  • 15 grams of jojoba oil,
  • 1-2 drops of tea tree oil.

Cooking method: mix the oils in a dark glass bottle, close it. In the evening, apply a drop of the mixture to each nail, rubbing the oil into the cuticles – the product will nourish the skin, restore the strength of the nail bed and promote nail growth.
