However, when staying in a sunny area where there is wind and sea water, it made sense to switch to a more delicate cleaning. For example, replace the gel with milk or emulsion.   2. Hydrate your skin when you are in the sun. It is a mistake to apply only thermal water in its pure form, and even on uncleansed skin. The fact is that at first a refreshing spray brings relief. However, by evaporating from the surface, water contributes to the loss of its own moisture. As a result, the skin dries out even more, which makes you want to apply such a spray again. It would be better to irrigate clean skin with thermal water and apply gel-based serum.
  3. It is no longer necessary to explain the need to apply sunscreen products. I would only like to emphasize that it is better to choose products with physical filters (titanium dioxide, zinc, mica). They are most often found in children’s cosmetics.
  4. Pay attention to lip care. Salt water, active sports strongly dry out the delicate edge of the lips and contribute to microcracks. So always have lipstick with you that contains moisturizing and protective active ingredients (hyaluronic acid, aloe, ceramides).
  5. A wide-brimmed hat, a light cotton cape on the shoulders and lycra when swimming will be an excellent protective screen against excessive sunlight.
  6. In the active sun, not only the skin dries out, but also the hair. Many cosmetologists recommend that their patients follow a bio-revitalization cure for the face and scalp before sun exposure. In addition to being moisturizing, it is also an excellent photoprotector. During the holidays themselves, it is worth refusing to use hair dryers and dense styling products. Shampoos without anionic surfactants are perfect, as well as coconut oil as a care product.
