Morning exercises – a “minute” of a bulging belly: do this exercise every day!

A little exercise is better than none. Try doing this abdominal exercise every morning and you will soon feel a pleasant difference.

Many women are not happy with the shape and size of their belly – but at the same time they think that without killer workouts they are unlikely to be able to change anything, especially with age. In fact, abdominal bulge is often associated with swelling, bloating, or poor posture. So you can improve the appearance of the press with additional methods!

After waking up in the morning, before you even drink a glass of water and head out to prepare a healthy meal for your stomach (we’ve talked in detail about the fat-burning ingredients for such a breakfast here), go to the free wall. Ideally, you should make as sharp a turn as possible and touch the wall with both hands. The key is to do the exercise slowly, taking full breaths and exhalations.

Such “minute” gymnastics is a great opportunity to start introducing regular physical activity into your life. After all, above all, sport should bring pleasant sensations.
