  • Get on your knees, place your feet shoulder-width apart and put your hands behind your head
  • Tighten your belly so that it doesn’t hang down. And also tense your intimate muscles, as if you were drawing them into you.
  • In this position, slowly lower yourself onto your heels and return to your knees. Repeat 15-20 times, trying to make the movements as thoughtful and slow as possible.

The greatest difficulty of this exercise is the need to constantly control the tension of the pelvic floor and distribute the load on the muscles. Do not forget that the emphasis should be on the inner thigh and the intimate area. This will allow you to quickly feel the result of training – both in terms of weight loss and in intimate life.
