You won’t need dumbbells, gym rubber bands and other sports equipment. Just a fitness mat and the right attitude! With a regular approach, the exercise, which for some reason we wanted to call the “Naughty Skier”, will not only help to part with extra centimeters on the waist and hips and make cellulite less noticeable, but also to make you forget about constipation, normalize the digestive system and eliminate swelling in the legs and will be an excellent prevention of hemorrhoids. The simplest 5-minute exercise for harmony and health:

  • spread a fitness mat on the floor;
  • sit on it and stretch your legs in front of you;
  • bend your elbows as if preparing for a running workout;
  • alternately bend your legs in your knees, start moving back and forth without lifting your buttocks and heels off the floor;
  • do not forget to vigorously swing your bent arms: just imagine that you have ski poles in your hands and you are struggling to overcome the snowy distance;
  • do the exercise for 5 minutes.
