Anna Khilkevich noted that sports helped her a lot in the show “Fort Boyard” and “Stars in Africa”.

The girl also regularly participates in popular competitions (“Become a man”) and feels on a par with male friends.

Sport is incredibly disciplined – that’s for sure, – says Anna. – It develops not only the body, but also the strength of the spirit, the strength of the will. A person involved in sports cares more about his body, health and the body as a whole. All this is a manifestation of self-love. Sports are part of me. It gives strength, energy, sometimes helps to survive difficult psychological moments, besides, it is an opportunity to spend time interestingly.

And indeed, sport these days is not only boring running on the track and exercises with dumbbells. Training on a surf or wakeboard is also quite high-intensity – and these sports and recreation have been widespread in Russia in recent years.

About blogging and modern influencers

The Internet loves bright, creative, bold. Blogging develops creative and even critical thinking, as well as organizational skills. You can often hear from the younger generation that nothing is impossible. And Anna agrees with this – everything is “given” and “not given” in our head. A real blogger should not be afraid or shy. He takes risks, acts and works effortlessly – he does what he wants, turning on to the fullest and not being afraid of competitors.

Anna usually does not take part in competitions – only occasionally supports funny flash mobs on social networks.
