How to restore youth to loose skin on the body – without sports and cosmetic procedures

With age, the body changes dramatically. This is especially evident in the skin of the body: it becomes flabby, less elastic, and in some places pronounced wrinkles appear. This process can be stopped – or so believe proponents of intermittent fasting.

Followers of intermittent fasting notice many positive changes in the body. Some manage not only to lose weight and gain a feeling of lightness, but also to get rid of addiction to fatty, starchy and sweet foods.

Also in thematic communities, women who follow the principles of intermittent fasting often note positive changes in the appearance of the body. Over time, the skin seems to acquire lost elasticity. And that’s much more important with age than the right amount of fat and muscle!

Experts believe that this observation has a very obvious explanation. The fact is that by following the principles of intermittent fasting, we are more rational about meals and refuse constant snacking – at least at forbidden times. Because of this, blood sugar spikes decrease and insulin (the hormone responsible for carbohydrate metabolism in the body) stabilizes and stops “eating” at the expense of our muscles.

In addition, thanks to the stabilization of blood sugar, metabolic processes in the body are accelerated. Blood vessels begin to better nourish tissues and saturate them with useful components. Recovery processes are faster – and first of all, they are still noticeable on the skin.

Of course, intermittent fasting isn’t for everyone and takes a lot of willpower. Nevertheless, it is worth remembering at least that eating at night is harmful in any case. Both for health and for the quality of the body.
