American millionaire Bryan Johnson, who is obsessed with preserving his youth, has joked on social media platform X that oral sex could be considered a healthy snack.
The tech entrepreneur made the comment in reply to another user on the platform, formerly known as Twitter. The user claimed he performed oral sex not for his partner's pleasure, but to acquire Lactobacilli bacteria, which he alleged could improve his gut microflora.
Johnson responded by stating that, in such a case, oral sex could be considered a form of longevity therapy. The millionaire had previously shared intimate health data online, publishing test results from his partner's vaginal microbiome that showed her microflora was 98.7 percent Lactobacillus crispatus.

Medical Skepticism Over Microbiome Claims
Lactobacilli are a broad group of beneficial bacteria naturally found in human body tissues and digestive systems, where they help maintain healthy microbial balance. However, medical professionals have urged the public to treat claims about transferring them through oral sex with skepticism.
Doctors warned that oral sex is not a proven method for enhancing the intestinal microbiome and does not act as a longevity treatment to extend human life span. Specialists note that intestinal microflora, which consists of complex communities of gut bacteria supporting digestion and immunity, is primarily influenced by diet and lifestyle rather than such practices.
Extreme Regimens for Biological Youth
Johnson is an American entrepreneur who has gained widespread attention for his costly and intensive anti-aging experiments. As part of his personal quest to reverse biological aging, he adheres to a rigorous daily schedule of health monitoring, strict nutrition, and medical interventions.
His unconventional approaches to health and relationships have frequently made headlines. It was previously reported that Johnson refused to sleep in the same bed with his partner, Kate Tolo.
He explained that sharing a bed often leads to periodic disruptions during sleep when one partner moves or wakes up. According to Johnson, these nighttime awakenings negatively impact health, conflicting with his goal of maintaining optimal recovery and youth preservation.
