According to Gil, an immigration police officer found it strange that Gil had made a trip to Brazil and only stayed in the country for one day. The former BBB – who is doing a PhD at a California University – tried to explain that he lived in the United States for study purposes, but had to return to Brazil for work reasons, which would not have convinced the policeman .
