What will the ceremony be like?

It will transport Charles and Camilla to Westminster Abbey, while the Gold State Coach, drawn by eight horses, will take them back to Buckingham Palace.

Then, the coronation of King Charles with the crown of St. Edward, 360 years old, weighing more than two kilograms. After all, the crown is made of 22-karat gold and decorated with 444 precious and semi-precious stones. Camilla will then be crowned with Queen Mary’s crown, with Elizabeth II’s Cullinan diamonds III, IV and V.

Who will be present at the coronation ceremony?

President Luiz InĂ¡cio Lula da Silva will be present at the event. However, US President Joe Biden will not attend the coronation, with only his wife representing the US. Other world leaders in attendance include French President Emmanuel Macron, Polish President Andrzej Duda, Australian Prime Minister Anthony Albanese and foreign royals such as Prince Albert and Princess Charlene of Monaco, King Felipe and Queen Letizia of Spain and Crown Prince Akishino and Princess Kiko of Japan.

Celebrity guests include confirmed comedians Ant and Dec, British Vogue editor Edward Enninful and actress Joanna Lumley.
