“I told him (Doctor) that my life had been wonderful and that I was having ‘Midnight Tea’ to get me through this for the better. That they would allow me to make a dignified, pain free, quickly and mindfully transition. I wanted to be careful to start my journey into another dimension soon. I am totally in favor of euthanasia. It is necessary to die with dignity”wrote Rita.
Husband and children made her change her mind:
The singer said she didn’t want to experience the same thing her mother experienced, also a cancer victim. He was her husband’s support, Robert de Carvalhoand three children, which changed her mind.
