Vanessa she opened her heart about the emotional struggle she faced during the pandemic. In a chat on the Vênus Podcast, the singer revealed that she had the help of Fernanda Souza to get through this delicate period.

“When I first had it, I thought I was going to die. I treated it with medication at the time, because I was at a very high level. This second time, during the pandemic, I had the same thing, only with one aggravating circumstance: being a mother,” she said.

And she added: “I went to a retreat that Fê Souza presented to me. It was then that I could breathe. I was very scared, I was afraid of going crazy. This second time, I didn’t want to take the medicine. And then I was in the outbreak I managed to recover, calm down, treat me in this retreat, I cried for three days straight and I realized that I was going to have a process that was going to be long, because I chose not to cure with medicine.”

Finally, Vanessa he decided to learn how to deal with crises and identify when they will occur, without having to resort to drugs. “It was a process that I’m still in. I’m not healed. I’m in a healing process, which can be a lifetime or that I learn to deal with,” she said.
