How Mick Jagger cheated on the mother of his children: It wasn’t until the divorce proceedings that she found out she wasn’t married at all

Mick Jagger is definitely an exceptional character. At 79, he jumps on stage like a balloon, travels, falls in love, in short, he refuses nothing. Jagger has eight children from five wives, and with the mother of four of them he has been very ugly. But their love story seemed perfect!

Model Jerry Hall and rock star Mick Jagger started dating in 1978. It’s unclear who stole who: Mick Jerry from fiancé Bryan Ferry, or her from wife Bianca Jagger, but these two hit it off with a grip and did not part at all, becoming the favorite characters of lay photographers.

Even the birth of four children – Elizabeth Scarlett, Jaime Leroy, Georgia May and Gabriel Luke did not distract lovers from party life. Mick was still the same bold, Jerry – the same luxurious: this couple just became a dream come true for a boring family life!

In 1990, five years after the birth of their second child, Jagger and Hall decided it was time to legalize the relationship. They played a beautiful wedding in Bali. The service was held according to Hindu custom – its culmination was the ritual sacrifice of a chicken, the blood of which the priest sprinkled on the lectern to strengthen the marriage. Everyone was delighted with this unusual ceremony in a heavenly place. Mick and Jerry’s wedding will be remembered for a long time!

And, of course, they were very surprised to learn that these two had never been husband and wife. And the mother of many children was very surprised – in 1999, after learning about Jagger’s betrayal, Hall turned to a lawyer with the intention of filing for divorce. After conducting the necessary negotiations and rechecking the documents, he came back with a disappointing verdict: there was no one to divorce him, Jerry had no husband and never had one.

Despite Jagger convincing his girlfriend that their beautiful wedding was all for real, the ceremony turned out to be just a spectacular performance and had no legal value. The chicken died in vain – Jagger’s lawyers did not complete the paperwork and the marriage certificate was not registered even in Indonesia.

This all quickly became clear in a UK court. After negotiations between lawyers, the marriage was declared “non-existent”. Jagger paid his ex-non-wife a lump sum of £10million and took on financial obligations over joint children.

At that time, Mick admitted that he really cheated on Jerry and even became the father of model Luciana Jimenez Morad’s son. Well, what, a free man – it turns out he didn’t even start on the side!

Oddly enough, Jerry had no bitter resentment towards the man who made her a laughingstock. After trading blows in court, the parents of four adult children found the strength to maintain an equal and even warm relationship.

In 2016, Jerry finally got married for good: her chosen one was the old multi-billionaire Rupert Murdoch. And Mick remained single – however, in the same year he had another child from ballerina Melanie Hemrick.
