Presenter Ana Hickmann and her husband, Alexandre Correa, became the subject of a lawsuit after the company they run, Hickmann Serviços LTDA, failed to pay a million-dollar loan. As determined by Earththe amount of debt charged by the credit union is R$ 2,451,840.60.

In the executive document, the cooperative highlights that the company managed by the couple has taken out loans for R$ 2,168,902.45, to be paid in 72 monthly installments of R$ 56,209.97. The charge for the updated value went to court after the companies failed to make payments. The information was published by the column Fábia Oliveira, from Metrópoleand confirmed by Terra at the Court of Justice of São Paulo.

Considering the non-compliance, the Court of São Paulo authorized the forced execution and ordered the summons of the spouses, in addition to the voluntary payment of the debt, within 3 days, under penalty of seizure. The decision is expected on October 5.

The TJ also allowed the couple to pay 30% of the debt, plus court and legal costs, and to pay the remaining amount in up to six installments.

However, the couple could not be traced by the courts for the summons. According to the trial, both Ana Hickmann and Alexandre Correa were not located by the bailiff at the address indicated in the documents and the summons letter was returned with the result “moved”.

In a note to EarthAna Hickmann’s advisor emphasizes that the company “has not been formally informed of the terms of this action. As soon as this occurs, it will take all appropriate legal measures.”
