The former BBB is convicted of assault, says journalist

The former BBB Dhomini he was criminally prosecuted after attacking the businessman Ailton Maranhao and his lawyer, in a bar in Goiânia, in June this year.

According to the journalist, the conciliation hearing took place on Friday 24th, at the Criminal Court of Goiânia and ended with an agreement offered by the public prosecutor.

The Public Prosecutor (MP) proposed that Dhomini provide 40 hours of community service. Ailton is still pursuing actions for moral and material damages.

In civil court, the first hearing, held earlier this month, ended without a settlement, as the former BBB member failed to appear. Then Dhomini proposed to the manager to resolve everything in the ring.

He had already considered this possibility and, soon after, the possibility materialized with a simple conversation he had with Nilton Freitas, the fighter’s brother. If the fight doesn’t take place, the businessman said he plans to buy land in Bela Vista and plant lemon trees with the court settlement money.
