After receiving a barrage of attacks and nasty comments, Leandrinha Du Art decided to comment criticism that she was “playing” her boyfriendthe trans man Izacc Medeiros.

Shocked by the comments on a video in which she expressed her desire to buy a Playstation video game for her boyfriend, worth around R$4,000, the activist for the rights of people with disabilities and trans women responded to the haters’ comments .

“People are bad, life, we know what we live. Let me tell you something: less than half the people watching this have no idea what we’re going through,” Leandrinha said.

In the publication, the activist received messages of support and affection. “It’s difficult to deal with the judgment of others, Leandrinha. Be strong and focus on what’s important to you,” one user wrote. Another profile was acidic and questioned the couple’s relationship, writing: “KKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKK swears he really likes her.”

Leadinha and Issac started dating on October 24. Izacc is 27 years old, comes from Natal, Rio Grande do Norte, and is a mobile device maintenance technician. Leandrinha is 28 years old and lives in Minas Gerais.
