In December 2023, Naiara Azevedo made a series of accusations against her ex-husband, Rafael Cunha. Now, acantora faces her kidnapping assets after a court decision.

Nayara and Rafael were the subject of a compensation claim after a car accident. The singer’s ex-husband was driving his Porsche in the wrong lane when he hit another car.

“When I left my place, there were cones that prevented me from leaving because I was parked in a drawer, so I continued where it didn’t prevent me from passing and there was no sign prohibiting passage, I continued forward and I had the collision,” said Ubirajara Costa, the man who was struck, in an interview.

According to the court’s decision, Rafael was responsible for the accident, driving in inappropriate places.

“He disobeyed the condominium rules by passing through parking lots not intended for the circulation of vehicles, and by introducing himself, absentmindedly, in front of the ramp where cars intending to leave the garage go up, causing the negligence and imprudence with which he drove the vehicle through the garage.”

In the end the judge decided compensation for material damage caused to the perpetrator’s vehicle. After Naiara and Rafael’s failure to comply, there was an online seizure of their assets.
