Gretchen, 64, celebrated the result of a new cosmetic procedure on her face which she said made her features more “fine and delicate”. The dancer explained to her followers how the change was made and she said she was very happy with her new appearance.

According to Gretchen, the name of the procedure is silhouette thread. This was the second time she had done this. “I loved it! What I have on my face are silhouette threads, which the doctor placed and in 15 days will be the day of my return. He will get another device”, she said.
