He also revealed that he shared all his assets with Claudio Pessutti, the presenter’s nephew, who died in 2021 due to Covid-19. ”I didn’t become rich or poor (laughs). I shared what my mother left to Cláudio, who passed away three years ago. She left the house in Cidade Jardim and the jewels, and I shared everything with him. We sold the jewels and the house remained”Marcello explained.

“I made a deal with Cláudio. I donated the house to him, he paid me the rent to live in it and when he sold it, I would have a percentage on the house. This generated a lot of controversy. They say: ‘the house is going to ‘auction”, “The house is abandoned”… And in fact that is not the house, it is the house next to Lélio, which we left in the 2000s.

Marcelo continued: ”Claudio lived there for nine years with Helena, he went into a lot of debt to keep it in order and with his departure Helena did not stay there and decided to sell the house.
