Samara Felippo’s ex talks about the accusations of fraud made by the actress

Leandrinho, Samara Felippo’s ex, published a note rejecting the actress’s accusations

This Wednesday the 20th Leandrinho Barbosa took to his Instagram profile to share a note rejecting the accusations made by Samara Philiphis ex-wife and mother of his two daughters, Alicia AND Lara. They were together from 2008 to 2013.

“I have never liked controversies and the exposure of my personal life, but in light of the false facts put forward by Mrs. Samara Felipo, I take my side to deny the false statements made by the mother of my daughters”, the former basketball player wrote in the caption of the publication, which contained limited comments.

In the note, signed by Leandrinho and his lawyer, Dr. Marco Aurelio Alves Pinto, the athlete supports Samara’s statement “does not correspond to reality” and that the video she published “He intends to use the Internet as his own court, seeking engagement and followers while scorning his public image.”

“For this reason I am prevented from explaining all the details”, clarifying it “When we were together, we purchased a property whose resources on my part were much greater.”

“Mrs. Samara is a very enlightened person, a renowned actress and knowledgeable about her rights, and has always been aware that the property was in my brother’s name, even though she agreed with this. The need to register in the name of my brother was born because my tax residence is not in Brazil, with the agreement of both parties”.

“When we decided to end our relationship, a financial agreement was reached in court, the payment of which was conditional on the sale of the house. In this agreement, Mrs. Samara remained in the property for two years until the sale, and, during this period, I incurred all the monthly expenses, which were supposed to be covered only by the maintenance costs of the property, which was not the case. In the two years that I lived in the property there was no maintenance, which made caused significant depreciation, reducing the market value to less than half.”

“An example of lack of maintenance was that the swimming pool had to be rendered unusable due to lack of care, also generating a further devaluation of the house. For all this there is an ongoing legal discussion about adequate payments in the contract”, he further said.

“During these years of trial, Ms. Samara forgot to mention in her post that she had received two properties that I owned in the city of São Paulo, properties that approach and even exceed the value of the apartment she owned and which she sold to era, that is, it does not support the statement of never having received any compensation”.

Finally, Leandrinho informed in the note that his lawyers “put forward several proposals for an agreement to close the process” and which were all denied by the actress, who, according to him, “never agrees with the values offered.”

“I will not comment further on the case, as such matters should be discussed in court and not through social media,” concluded.
