The Air company Delta Airlines accused the singer Simony of assaulting a flight attendant in February this year, at Orlando airport, in the United States. The comment was made as part of a legal action in which the artist is seeking compensation of R$55,300 for being blocked on a flight.

This was made known in Rogério Gentile’s article on Uol this Thursday, 6. According to the journalist, Simony said in the trial that while she was carrying out the boarding procedures, an employee told her that she could not carry her hand luggage, where she was taking drugs for the treatment against cancer discovered in the August 2022.

In response, Delta told the Brazilian court that the singer began screaming after being informed that his bags would be checked. The flight attendant explained that she had exceeded the amount of carry-on baggage, but that she could have rearranged the medications into one suitcase, which she refused and began aggressive behavior towards the employee.
