Joe Exotic61 years old, famous for the documentary The Tiger Mafiafrom the Netflixannounced on Thursday 31st that he is engaged to his cellmate, Jorge Marquez33 years old.

In a post about “Now the goal is to get married in prison and get him asylum or leave the US when we are free,” he wrote.

Without going into detail, Joe implied that Márquez’s immigration status in the United States is irregular.

Relationships and belief

Joe has been married twice and maintained a non-monogamous relationship with Dillon passfrom whom he separated in 2021 after three years of marriage, as well as Travis Maldonadodied tragically in 2017 after an accidental shooting, an event captured in the Netflix series.

As of 2022, Joe has served a 21-year prison sentence for mistreating animals in his zoo and attempting to kill his rival, the activist Carole Baskin.
