Jojo Todynho says she is disappointed with Xuxa after the political criticism

Jojo also argues that this type of attitude weakens the message of unity defended by Xuxa, especially in relation to women’s struggle. The fallout comes after Jojo went viral in September when he posed next to Michelle Bolsonaro, former first lady and wife of Jair Bolsonaro. The association has drawn criticism, especially due to the former president’s history of controversial statements against communities such as LGBTQIA+.
