The singer died on Tuesday 22nd Ozzy Osbourneknown for being a pioneer in Heavy Metal and singer of Black Sabbath. At 76, he died two weeks after taking his latest show with the English band. The cause of death has not yet been revealed.




Born in Birmingham, England, Ozzy has become a reference in the musical genre becoming the leader of Black Sabbath. Death was confirmed by a declaration issued by family members to the press:

“It is with a sadness that words cannot express that we inform that our dear Ozzy Osbourne died this morning. He was with his family, surrounded by love. We ask everyone to respect our family’s privacy at the moment” The note says.

Career

Ozzy Osbourne is considered the father of Heavy Metal all over the world for creating a real legion of fans and has structured the movement on the planet. He was the first singer of Black Sabbath, with whom he recorded extraordinary albums such as “Paranoid” and “Master of Reality”. He left the group in 1979 and started developing a solo career with global successes such as “Crazy Trains” and “No More Tears”. Despite the strange vocal and heavy style, Ozzy was known for her sweet and friendly personality.

Ozzy had faced health problems a few years ago. In 2019, he was diagnosed Parkinson’s and performed several surgical interventions to try to reverse the picture. His state has worsened so much that he stopped walking, but he continued to make rare shows sitting. He leaves his wife Sharon Osbourne and six children: Aimee, Elliot, Jack, Jessica, Kelly and Louis.
