Dennis DJ’s ex accuses him of physical, moral and sexual violence

The singer and former dancer of Faustão, Bárbara Falcão, published a video on her Instagram profile in which she denounces her ex-husband, the music producer Dennis DJ, for physical, psychological, patrimonial and sexual violence. In the recording, which aired this Thursday the 9th, she claims to have suffered the loss of custody of her six-year-old son, the result of the 14-year relationship she had with the artist.

“Everything was taken away from me when my motherhood was taken away from me,” she said. In April this year, the father was granted unilateral custody of the child by decision of the 1st Family Court of Barra da Tijuca, based on an opinion from the Federal Public Ministry (MPF). The couple has been separated since 2021.

“Where marriage ends, parenting does not end. A child is not a bargaining chip,” Bárbara said in the video. The mother’s house was inspected by the Civil Police of Rio de Janeiro on the morning of last Wednesday 8th. According to her, the complaint was made by the artist.

In a note addressed to Terra, the DJ’s office specifies that the statements are “totally unfounded and repeat accusations already analyzed and archived in 2022 by the Public Prosecutor’s Office at the Court for Domestic and Family Violence against Women, which recognized the absence of any evidence of a crime”.

The statement also says that Bárbara maintains contact with her son and was with him last weekend, after shared custody.
