The bank sued the plaintiff over credit card debt incurred in 2018
The Court of Justice of Rio de Janeiro decided on the foreclosure of the plaintiff’s assets Luciano Szafir. The decision concerns the lawsuit filed by Banco Bradesco in 2018, for credit card debt exceeding R $ 100 thousand.

In January of this year, a judge investigated the indictment and ordered the plaintiff to pay the debt. Justice, however, was unable to locate Szafir, nor his lawyer.
On 11 last year, Judge Flavia de Almeida Viveiros de Castro signed an order for the start of the execution and granted a period of 15 days for payment, starting from the last 12, 26, the virtual foreclosure of the Szafir’s assets.
“If the money is not indicated or the online attachment is nullified or insufficient, the attachment warrant is extracted and the other assets indicated by the creditor are immediately evaluated”, the judge determines.
The report also went to the Rio de Janeiro Court of Justice, but has not yet received a response.
