The lawsuit is a reaction to the indictment against Martin that emerged in early July, when the Puerto Rico court issued a restraining order against the singer for domestic violence. As local legislation guarantees the anonymity of the victims, there was no information on who made the request.
At the time, celebrity websites reported that the singer and the alleged victim had been in a relationship for seven months, but the ex Menudo didn’t accept the end.
