The rapper, actor and mega-producer of the series 50 Cent (“Power”) is suing a plastic surgeon for implying he had penis surgery at his clinic.
According to data collected by Billbord magazine, the lawsuit was filed by 50 Cent last Friday (16/9) and accuses Dr. Angela Kogan of using a photo she took with the rapper in 2020 to illustrate an article posted on his website. web., in which she insinuates that 50 Cent – whose real name is Curtis Jackson – is her client and has undergone penis enlargement surgery.
“Jackson never had a sexual enhancement procedure, never received plastic surgery from the defendants, and never consented to the commercialization and publication of the photo. The actions of the defendants exposed Jackson to ridicule, caused substantial harm. to his professional and personal reputation, and violated his right to control your name and image, “the lawsuit claims.
The lawsuit files explain that 50 Cent took the photo with Kogan thinking he was responding to a request from fans who wanted a souvenir of him, but never authorized the use of his image for commercial purposes.
It is worth noting that Kogan’s post does not directly say that 50 Cent underwent the surgery, but uses the photo of the two to indicate that he is a client of the clinic. But the photo overlays a photo of a man undergoing penis enlargement surgery (whose penis image is hidden by the eggplant emoji), leaving the suggestion implicit.
The post was shared on Kogan’s social media, reaching about half a million people, who spread it to the point of becoming viral on the internet.
