Actor Caio Castro would become the target of a lawsuit filed by a store clerk in São Paulo. According to Em Off, Matheus Dias Encrenaziu filed a lawsuit due to the actor’s behavior at the opening of the Strati Clothing and Accessories Ltd store at Morumbi Shopping Multiplan, in São Paulo.
The actor was hired to make a VIP presence at the opening, as a poster boy for the brand. However, from the first contact, he would start giving orders to Matheus and the other employees.
Also reportedly, at one point a photo session was started in which the manager and employees participated. Matheus positioned himself next to the actor and would have been ahead of the brand.
According to the complaint, Castro allegedly reacted disrespectfully to the boy, saying, “Damn, boy, fuck*, get the brand out of the way, if you touch porr*, didn’t you notice you’re covering the brand? *”.
The officer classified the incident as aggressive and humiliating conduct.
The trial also states that, the next day, the attendant was called by the store manager, because the plaintiff allegedly asked that the attendant be fired from the store.
The lawsuit was filed in early November and Caio Castro has yet to present his defense.
The actor’s most recent work was the comedy ˜Esposa de Aluguel’, which has become one of the most successful Brazilian releases on Netflix after hitting streaming last month.
