Actor Ashton Kutcher thanked his wife, actress Mila Kunis, for sticking by his side and not abandoning him after he was diagnosed with a serious health problem: a rare version of vasculitis, inflammation of blood vessels.
Kutcher participated in “The Checkup with Dr. Agus”, in which he spoke about the battle he has been fighting with vasculitis since 2019, when he discovered the problem. Due to the condition, the actor mainly had vision and hearing problems, but he guarantees that, after the treatment, he is already recovering his senses in almost all.
“One day I woke up and I had vision problems, I could barely see. Then, it damaged my hearing, it took my balance, I couldn’t walk,” she said.
Dr. Agus, who in addition to directing the program was also the one who treated Kutcher, stressed that Mila Kunis was “incredible” throughout the treatment and the actor agreed. In thanking her, he said that her wife “is the best of her”.
In addition to Kunis’ help and Agus’ medical assistance, Ashton Kutcher was also inspired by his twin brother, Michael Kutcher, who has cerebral palsy and who came “face to face with death” in his youth. The artist claimed that his brother’s determination was essential to motivate him.
