The actress responds to criticism of her appearance after being diagnosed with multiple sclerosis

Actress Christina Applegate has spoken out against criticism of her appearance after being diagnosed with multiple sclerosis. On her Twitter profile, the artist shared messages from a woman who claims the changes to her face were a “bad surgeon doing it.”

“Multiple sclerosis didn’t make you like this, a plastic surgeon did. And you’re a fake, you’re not Applegate. And a bad plastic surgeon did it,” the woman wrote to the actress, after Christina l ‘he questioned in a private conversation.

In displaying the printouts of the messages, Christina wrote in the caption: “So I’ve made the unfortunate decision to check some of the comments on the article from People about my trip with my kids to CCA [referência à Critics Choice Awards]. Christina revealed her multiple sclerosis diagnosis to the public in August 2021. The actress, currently 51, has worked in several films and series.
