At the time the young woman was 16 years old and would have been abused more than once by the singer.

Marilyn Manson is accused of sexual harassment. The rock star is the target of a lawsuit filed by a woman, who declined to be identified, alleging that Manson engaged in inappropriate behavior with her as a teenager.

In the document, revealed by the magazine Rolling stone this monday 30, the singer is identified as BrianWarnerhis real name, and he is said to have groomed and sexually assaulted an underage girl several times in the 1990s. In addition to the artist, the record labels he was a part of at the time are also being sued for malpractice.

In the lawsuit, the actor claims he first met Manson in 1995, after a concert in Dallas, when he was 16 years old. She was accompanied by a group of people waiting for the singer next to the tour bus. He would have invited her to get on the bus with other young women. “Defendant Warner engaged in multiple acts of criminal sexual conduct against the plaintiff, who was a virgin at the time, including, but not limited to, forcible copulation and vaginal penetration,” according to the filing.

Marilyn reportedly kicked the girl off the bus and made threats. “Plaintiff was in pain, scared, shocked, humiliated and confused. After he was finished, he laughed at her. Then, defendant Warner demanded, ‘Get off my bus,’ ‘would have killed . her and her family,” the lawsuit reads. The action also reveals that such abuse occurred not just once, but recurringly, causing the young woman to start using drugs.

In a statement to the magazine, the victim’s attorney, Karen Barth Menzies, reiterates that the process also aims to hold record companies accountable. “This lawsuit goes beyond the alleged predator and targets record labels that packaged and profited from their artist’s criminal behavior, and is an indictment of the music industry for maintaining a culture that celebrates, protects and allows sexual predators”.

Manson’s attorney, Howard Kinghe claimed that the client “doesn’t know this person and doesn’t remember meeting him 28 years ago” and that it was all a “made up story”.
