The Gossip Girl star herself posted a family photo with her husband and mother on her blog the day before, in which she looks noticeably slimmer without a pregnant belly. In the text of the post, Blake wrote only cryptic:

Blake Lively became aware of her pregnancy in September last year. The actress repeatedly reported to fans about her condition and even went out – at the end of November she supported her husband at the American Cinematheque Awards.
Recall that Lively and Reynolds already raising three daughters — 7-year-old James, 5-year-old Ines and 2-year-old Betty. Spouses met on the set of the film “Green Lantern” in 2010, but a romantic relationship between them began only a year later. In 2012, they secretly tied the knot.
