The mother of the star of the series “Knock on my door” Chagry Chitanak could not be saved from the rubble resulting from the earthquake in Turkey, which is already called the catastrophe of the century. This was announced by the wife of the artist Başak Gümüldzhinelioglu.
We lost our mother,” Gümülcinélioglu wrote, without revealing the details of the tragedy.
Chitanak’s mother could not be found under the rubble after the February 6 earthquake. Gümüljineliolu said on her personal blog that she had not heard any news about her mother-in-law and called on her fans to help find the woman. Then the girl said that the rescue team had not yet begun work in the area where the relative’s house was located. However, as it turned out, the artist’s mother died under the rubble.

A powerful earthquake with a magnitude of 7.7 occurred in the south-east of Turkey early in the morning on February 6. Nearly 6,000 buildings collapsed in 10 provinces where powerful tremors were felt. This disaster was the largest in the history of the country over the past 100 years: the last time a serious earthquake was in 1939. The death toll exceeded 12 thousand people.
Earlier it became known that an adaptation of the Turkish TV hit “Knock on my door” will be released in Russia. Gazprom-Media Holding and Okko online movie theater are filming a Russian version of the popular series.
