Gerard Pique breaks silence and REPLACES Shakira: “I want my children to be well”

Gerard Piqué has finally spoken about ‘BZRP Music Sessions #53’, a song in which Shakira throws a lot of darts at both him and his girlfriend, Clara Chía Martí.

The Catalan’s statements come after his ex performed the famous single, together with Bizarrap and in front of his children, on Jimmy Fallon’s “The Tonight Show”.

Pique asserts that he seeks to “protect” his children

The athlete gave an interview to his friend Jordi Basté, for his radio program “El món a Rac1”, in which he admitted that he heard the Colombian’s “hit”.

“Yes, yes, obviously. [lo he escuchado]Pique said as he lowered his head and turned his gaze to the table he was leaning on.

Although he did not want to comment on what the successful collaboration letter says, he appeared to allege that Shakira’s behavior could affect their children Milan and Sasha.

“I don’t want to talk about it, I don’t think it touches. The world has a responsibility, especially us as parents, to try to protect our children,” he pointed out.

“Everyone makes the decisions they think are right and I don’t feel like discussing it anymore because I think in the end all I want is for my kids to be well,” he added.

Prior to these allegations, Pique responded to ‘BZRP Music Sessions #53’ with two major and controversial actions. He first appeared on one of the broadcasts of the show ‘After Kings’ wearing a Casio watch.

Days later, he arrived at one of the Kings League conferences, which he chairs, in a Twingo model car, which he borrowed exclusively for the occasion.

In the couplet, Shakira was blunt: “You traded a Ferrari for a Twingo. You changed Rolex for Casio”, referring to the now businessman and his relationship with Clara.

Pique talks about Milan’s appearance on his show

Another of the controversies starring Gerard Pique happened recently because he allowed Milan to participate in a “live”, starring the presidents of the aforementioned soccer league.

He was criticized not only for “encouraging” his son to appear on the show, as it was a night show, but also for “exposing” him to inappropriate language, with words such as “rapist”.

In a statement, the Colombian singer said she did not consent to or consult with the then-9-year-old boy’s appearance in live “adult content.”

Although he remained silent throughout, Pique took advantage of his conversation with Bastet to make it clear that he did not plan what happened.

“I’ve always had a close relationship with my children and I like them to be involved in things that make them happy,” she said.

“We were on the show and he asked me, without me being prepared, that I wanted to go out. There is nothing in the world that makes me happier than making my son happy.”

The former player said he is trying to do his best as a dad to Milan and Sasha. “I’m fine, very happy and keen to keep doing things,” he said.
