Actress Giovanna Ewbank trolled her husband, fellow actor Bruno Gagliasso, into thinking she was pregnant. The joke aired in a video of the web series ranch lifein which Gio shows the life of the family in Rancho da Montanha, a rural property in Paraíba do Rul (RJ).
Gio’s mother, Débora Ewbank, sends her daughter for a pregnancy test. The actress replies: “I have no doubts, you are”, and her mother counters by saying that she is forcing her daughter to take the test to be sure of her.
After taking the test, Gio stays in the bathroom at home, and Débora goes into the living room, where Bruno Gagliasso is. “I’m not kidding,” Débora says when she reaches Bruno Gagliasso, who gets up quickly from the sofa.
“It’s a joke,” says the actor going to the bathroom, where Gio was, who had just taken the test. “Wonderful. And even? You’re kidding me,” he says to his wife. Gio then asks him to look at the test and he says he doesn’t know what that means.
When she reads the instructions on the product packaging, she notices the line, “Hey, you’re not pregnant,” and everyone bursts into laughter.
The couple have three children: Titi, 9, Bless, 8, and Zyan, 2. The web series has three episodes published on the YouTube channel Thuby Giovanna Ewbank.
